Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and issue ABNs as needed.
• Create estimates of patient financial responsibility and collect payments.
• Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorization issues.
• Verify eligibility and benefits with insurance companies.
• Register patients accurately and minimize duplicate records.
• Provide excellent customer service and document conversations.
