• Calculate and collect patient liability; explain financial policies and resources.
• Enter payments/charges and reconcile daily, balance cash drawer, and prepare deposits.
• Schedule office visits and procedures; maximize reimbursement per payor provisions; confirm next-day appointments.
• Communicate with patients and care teams via calls, emails, and in-person to resolve concerns.
• Assist with patient records requests and manage patient flow duties as needed.
