You will verify demographics and insurance data, collect co-pays, and relay messages to providers, while supporting clerical tasks and supply management. This role offers competitive benefits and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer skills required.
• Medical terminology skills preferred.
• Prior medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and reminder calls.
• Greet, register and check in or out patients.
• Verify demographic and insurance information and enter into systems.
• Collect co-pays and other payments and prepare daily deposits.
• Relay messages to and from providers and log them.
• Provide clerical support including typing, mail, faxes and supplies.
