Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a timely, professional manner.
• Check-in/check-out and collect co-pays; post to patient accounts.
• Verify insurance status and manage demographic data in EHR.
• Explain policies and patient rights; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Schedule appointments and route calls as per protocol.
• Maintain waiting room and perform end-of-day tasks.
