Job summary

Englewood Health is seeking an organized front office/medical assistant to support patient flow in the HVA Medical Group. The role includes guiding patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and performing preparatory work to maximize the physician’s time.

This full-time daytime position is at 1124 East Ridgewood Ave, Suite 202, Ridgewood, NJ, with hours 8:30am–4:30pm. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or two years of related experience; medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required or minimum of 2 years full-time related experience.
• Medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with flow of patients from waiting area to exam rooms.
• Perform preparatory work on patients to ensure efficient use of physician’s time.
