Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient registration, check-in, and demographic and insurance verification.
• Experience with scheduling patient appointments in an outpatient healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and accurate patient record updates.
• Familiarity with healthcare and insurance forms, intake documentation, and payment collection.
• Ability to communicate professionally with patients, families, healthcare providers, and staff.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy and adhere to organizational, state, and federal healthcare requirements.
