Washington Regional Urgent Care in Harrison, AR is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. You will greet patients, start files, and support both patients and clinical staff in a busy urgent care setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and prior medical office experience is preferred. Full-time schedule and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn electronic medical records software.
• Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and assist with registration.
• Answer multi-line phones, file, fax, scan and complete daily callbacks.
• Check in/out patients, assist clinical staff and close the office after shifts.
• Collect insurance information, verify demographics and process payments.
• Maintain a neat, professional environment and follow safety procedures.
