Washington Regional Urgent Care in Bentonville, AR is seeking experienced Medical Receptionists to join our team. The role involves greeting patients, activating files, answering phones, and supporting medical staff.

Full-time shifts are 36-40 hours per week with 12-hour weekday coverage and alternating weekends; PRN per diem positions are available. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and preferably prior medical office experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic computer software and the ability to learn electronic medical records.
• Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, assist with registration and guide them through the process.
• Answer multi-line phones, file, fax, scan documents, and complete daily patient callbacks.
• Check in and discharge patients, assist clinical staff, and close the office at shift end.
• Collect insurance information, verify demographics, process payments, and post balances.
• Maintain a neat, professional work environment and appearance while adhering to safety procedures.
