Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1 year in Healthcare Revenue Cycle required; 3 years preferred.
• Epic experience preferred; certifications in Revenue Cycle optional.

Responsibilities

• Front line support for the Patient Connection Center.
• Review accounts for hospital services to ensure completeness before patient arrival.
• Verify patient insurance and confirm benefits for visits.
• Determine authorization requirements and initiate pre-certification.
