• Assist with data collection and verify demographics and insurance.
• Provide cost estimates and coordinate pre-certifications.
• Direct patients to clinics and navigate to appointments.
• Ensure proper paperwork completion prior to admissions.
• Support scheduling and coordination with Care Management.
