Job summary

BlinkRx is seeking a Customer (Patient) Support Specialist to be on the front lines of the patient experience, guiding enrollment, resolving barriers to insurance or affordability, and providing support via phone, email, and chat. The role thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to solve problems for patients navigating healthcare.

This is a fully on-site position in Chesterfield, Missouri, with multiple scheduling options including 4-day

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, call center, or similar environments is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with empathy for patients.
• Comfortable using technology and quickly learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through enrollment, resolve barriers related to insurance or affordability, and provide support across phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate with patients, providers, and insurers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with insurance verification, benefits coordination, and financial assistance programs.
• Document interactions and insights to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Meet and exceed performance goals related to quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
