Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health services administration or business-related field is required or 5 years revenue cycle experience in lieu of degree.
• Five years’ leadership experience specific to discipline is required.
• Advanced systems aptitude, including proficiency in MS Office, preferred.
• Exemplary customer relations and strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize projects within a flexible schedule; problem solving is essential.
• Experience managing people preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Patient Access Services by performing registration-related functions and training staff.
• Exhibits team-oriented leadership, promoting vision and goal-oriented direction; develops education programs.
• Develops and administers competency tests for new and existing staff; trains new hires post-New Hire Class.
• Participates in PAS System Education Committee to improve educational objectives system-wide.
• Uses data to identify improvement opportunities; applies LEAN thinking in daily work processes.
