The Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator for our Palm Springs office. This in-person role requires no prior healthcare experience; we will train you on our software and EMR basics, and you will support scheduling and outreach.

You will call patients to schedule wellness visits, coordinate with care providers, document interactions in the EMR, and ensure HIPAA compliance while contributing to weekly incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; on-site role in Palm Springs
• Willingness to learn and training provided
• Strong communication and professional phone manner
• Able to use Microsoft Office and EMR software
