Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to welcome and schedule patients for biologic infusions at our Las Cruces clinic. You will coordinate with referring practices and leaders to ensure smooth care delivery, handling documentation and orders efficiently.

The ideal candidate demonstrates honesty, integrity, and excellent communication, with strong customer-service skills and comfort using CRM and EMR software in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire required.
• Proficiency in CRM and EMR software systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and welcome patients into clinic for biologic infusions.
• Coordinate care, orders, and documentation with referring practices and Market Executive.
• Ensure smooth patient visits and provide a concierge-level experience.

Patient Access Coordinator (PAC)

In this role, you’ll be responsible for calling, scheduling, and welcoming patients into our clinic for their biologic infusions. You will also work with our referring practices and the local Market Executive to coordinate care, orders, and documentation to quickly and efficiently bring patients to Pure. We provide a white‑glove, concierge‑level experience that is reflected in our patient reviews. In addition to scheduling, you’ll work closely with patients and staff to ensure every detail of the patient’s visit goes smoothly.

Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and excellent communication skills with patients, colleagues, and referring practices.
• Excel in customer service skills both on the phone and in person (medical environment experience preferred).
• Be tech‑savvy and comfortable with various software applications.
• Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and taking on multiple roles.
• Collaborate seamlessly with nurses and other team members virtually.

Requirements
