Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is seeking a detail-oriented receptionist/registration professional for the evening shift. You will greet patients and visitors, collect demographics and financial data to complete registrations, and handle payments while ensuring compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and orient patients and visitors to the hospital.
• Interview patients for demographic and financial data to complete the registration process.
• Collect payments and obtain required signatures.

Responsible for exemplary customer service in greeting and orientation of patients and visitors to the hospital. Interviews the patient for complete demographic and financial data to complete the registration process accurately, efficiently and promptly. Collects appropriate monies, obtains appropriate signatures, notifies patients/guests of hospital regulations, policies and services.

Full Time – Evening Shift 11:30am-8:00pm
