The Dimock Center is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to support front desk operations in our Adult Medicine clinic. You will greet patients in English and Spanish, schedule appointments, register patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect co-pays, and manage telephone inquiries with warmth and accuracy.
Working Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm with occasional evenings and Saturdays, you will help maintain patient flow, confirm appointments within 24 hours, and ensure confidentiality

The Patient Access Coordinator ensures smooth clinic operations and supports patient flow. This role works closely with the healthcare team to maintain flexibility and meet the needs of the clinic during operating hours. The position reports to the Practice Manager.
