Job description

The Patient Access Center (PAC) is hiring per diem staff to cover all teams: call center representative, referral and authorization coordinator, patient services coordinator (visit prep) and clinic front desk.

Key responsibilities include coverage for these roles, including call answering, referral authorization, patient visit preparation, and clinic front desk duties.

The position may be assigned to work remotely and at various UCR Health clinic locations, and may require work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The salary range is $25.38 – $35.97 per hour; the expected pay scale is $30.13 per hour, based on education, licensure, certifications, experience, and business needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization; UCR Health cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
