Job summary

SolutionHealth seeks an Access Center Supervisor to lead centralized scheduling and patient access operations at Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua. You will oversee call center workflows, monitor performance, and partner with clinical leadership to enhance efficiency and patient experience.

The role requires five years in healthcare access or call center roles, with advanced knowledge of patient access and strong leadership abilities. Epic and NiCE experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of direct healthcare access or call center experience, including advanced/lead responsibilities.
• Advanced knowledge of patient access operations.
• Epic experience strongly preferred.
• NiCE experience strongly preferred.
• Leadership or Lean training preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and analytics preferred.
• Project management, process improvement, and leadership skills preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight of call center and scheduling workflows.
• Monitor service levels, queues, productivity, quality metrics, and KPIs.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and workflow assignments.
• Coach, mentor, and develop access center staff.
• Conduct quality audits and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage complex patient access and scheduling escalations.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI summaries.
