Responsibilities

• Manage cash collections and balance cash drawers daily.
• Handle patient registration tasks and collect liabilities.
• Contact patients by phone post-discharge for payment.
• Send letters detailing estimated liabilities and payment options.
• Participate in weekly POS team calls.
• Adhere to HIPAA rules and service standard guidelines.
• Assist eligibility and registration processes as needed.
