Responsibilities

• Register patients and assist with financial screening and enrollment.
• Review patient paperwork for accuracy and completeness in the EHR.
• Verify and update demographic and insurance information.
• Enter and maintain patient information in the EHR with accuracy.
• Ensure required data is accurately entered into the EHR (UDS).
• Process patient copayments and other payments at front desk.
• Provide excellent customer service and support patient flow.
• Follow workflows and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA.
