• Enter and update data in electronic systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness for billing and reporting.
• Work claim or account work queues as assigned, helping resolve denials or outstanding balances in collaboration with other revenue cycle staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient financial and health information and follow privacy and security policies.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement efforts within the business office.
