Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to collect demographic and financial data.
• Verify insurance coverage and initiate pre-certification when required.
• Collect payments and arrange financing or payment plans.
• Enter data into computer systems and maintain documentation.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and ensure accuracy of records.
• Prepare and distribute reports and patient documents.
• Communicate estimated financial responsibility to patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
