Responsibilities

• Monitor debit and credit of client accounts and post transactions.
• Review billing transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints about billing.
• Perform order entry, registration, and clerical duties.
• Train clerical staff on registration and patient reports printing.
• Handle clerical tasks including insurance verification and updating patient accounts.
• Assist with scheduling patient appointments, answer phones, and explain benefits.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
