Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a patient/case record in the ADT registration system per policy.
• Obtain and verify patient demographics, guarantor and insurance information.
• Enter information into the ADT system accurately and securely.
• Refer self-pay accounts to Medicaid Eligibility Unit for eligibility checks.
