Responsibilities

• Completes assigned tasks in registration, financial clearance, insurance verification, cashier, etc., per Revenue Cycle Management directions.
• Responds promptly, professionally, and courteously to customer needs.
• Cooperates and communicates effectively with McLaren Health Care team members.
