Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Admissions Clerk to perform admitting duties for all hospital patients, assign MRNs, and provide clear patient instructions.

You will collect insurance information, review medical necessity, receive and process physician orders, pre-register accounts before visits, and support audits with accurate data.

Requirements include 1+ year of customer service, a High School Diploma or GED, and CRCR within 6 months of hire.

• Conduct audits of accounts and assure that all forms are completed accurate, timely to meet audit standards and provide statistical data to Patient Access leadership.
• Pre-register patient accounts prior to patient visits.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• CRCR Required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid).
