Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated healthcare revenue cycle professional to expertly manage patient registration and access. You will ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance while delivering a superior patient experience.

Responsibilities include MRN assignment, medical necessity checks, insurance data collection, and accurate processing of physician orders, all while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Inquisitive and open to innovation including AI to improve processes and reduce friction.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire (company paid).

• Accurately manage patient registration and access within the healthcare revenue cycle.
• Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and a positive patient experience.
• Assign MRNs, complete medical necessity and compliance checks, and provide patient instructions.
• Collect insurance information and process physician orders while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Audit accounts to ensure accuracy and timely completion to meet standards.
