Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients and visitors.
• Assist with scheduling, registration, pre-admission processing and wayfinding.
• Verify demographics and insurance benefits; provide cost estimates and pre-certifications.
• Educate patients on insurance coverage and financial assistance options.
• Maintain department scheduling templates and support ADT functions.
• Assist with training of Admitting staff.
