Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Sinai Hospital of Baltimore is seeking a patient registration specialist responsible for registering patients, collecting payments, and delivering exceptional customer service with strong communication.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience and preferably a High School diploma or GED. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team in a nationally recognized academic medical center within a large health system committed to CARE BRAVELY.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a hospital front desk or patient registration role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collect payments and handle basic billing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Register patients at check-in and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Collect patient payments and process transactions accurately.
• Provide courteous, informative assistance to patients, families and caregivers.
