This job is located in Alton, IL
Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday
Hours: 8 hours a week
The Patient Access Associate ensures each registered patient has a complete and accurate OSF medical record, including patient demographics, insurance coverage, responsible guarantor, and registration accuracy. The role involves explaining services, financial responsibilities, and expectations to patients, providing excellent patient service skills to create a positive impression of OSF. Deductive reasoning and logic skills are essential to resolve issues in complex, multi-payer situations.
