Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate insurance coverage by payer calls.
• Review financial documents to assess eligibility.
• Provide expertise on medical and prescription coverage.
• Apply PAP standards to approve or deny cases.
• Document all cases in CRM per policy.
• Handle incoming calls from patients and HCPs.
• Assist with renewals and year-end recertifications.
• Support special projects to improve reimbursement.
