• Experience handling insurance questions, patient access complexities, and alternate funding resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Health Care Providers and patients to resolve access challenges.
• Provide insurance verification, prior authorization information, and alternate funding options.
• Educate customers on insurance results and process changes as needed.
• Document information accurately in the system of record.
