Now hiring a Patient Access Advocate I-ED. The Patient Access Advocate I provides primary registration of patient accounts for self-pay, government, and commercial accounts on the date of service for scheduled and unscheduled visits. Responsibilities include registration functions, updating demographics, insurance verification, collection of point of service liabilities, and documentation within the ADT system. Confirm account accuracy to ensure clean billing. Must possess basic knowledge of Medicare (CMS) guidelines and other applicable Compliance Regulatory guidelines. Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, including wayfinding.

6 months healthcare experience or 1 year customer service background.
