Doctors Medical Center of Modesto is seeking a Registration Representative for per diem coverage in the Admitting department. The role requires handling pre-admitting processes, registering outpatients and admitting inpatients, and delivering exceptional service to patients and staff.

Minimum education is a High School diploma with 3 months to 1 year in a relevant admitting environment. CA driver’s license and insurance may be required, with a strong emphasis on communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School diploma preferred.
• Minimum Experience/Skills: 3 months to 1 year in an acute care admitting environment, urgent care or clinic, medical group, or physician's office.
• Dental terminology and patient service knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-admitting and registration of outpatients and admissions of inpatients.
• Provide excellent service to patients, families, physician offices, and hospital staff.
