• The Patient Access Representative interacts in a professional, respectful manner with internal and external customers, and provides excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
• Team-oriented work environment with expanded resources from other Patient Access areas.
• Cross-training opportunities within different areas of Patient Access nicate with patients/and families alerting patients of Out of Network and advise of potential financial implications, such as non-coverage 5%
