Responsibilities

• Interview patients or their representatives to obtain demographics and insurance information.

• Coordinate with Admitting, PBX, and reception to ensure data accuracy.
• Input and retrieve data accurately using computer systems.
• Communicate with patients across age groups using appropriate medical terminology.
