Qualifications

• Welcomes and assists patients, their families and visitors entering the health center.
• Maintains health records according to established health center procedures.
• Operates the phone system to relay calls and schedule appointments across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Checks patients in and out of the health centers.
• Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate staff.
• Enters new patient data into the EHR and verifies insurance and authorizations.
• Processes billings and payments; matches daily batch reports to schedules.
• Sends enrollment packets and appointment reminders; communicates about rescheduling.
