Job summary

YWCA Pittsburgh is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee Opportunity Pathways projects and programs, ensuring quality development and implementation. You will collaborate with the Director to expand initiatives, support partner engagement, and promote justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

The role includes curriculum delivery, data management, and relationship building with families, schools, and volunteers, with occasional evenings or weekends and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with two years relevant experience or Associates/Technical Degree with three years supervisory experience; leadership experience is a plus.
• Must pass Act 33/34 clearances, FBI fingerprints, criminal background check, and NSOR clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects/programs from development to implementation for the Opportunity Pathways Department.
• Develop, plan, and coordinate projects/program models and activities for middle and/or high school participants.
• Facilitate curriculum delivery and manage data collection and reporting for program participants.
• Support outreach, recruitment, enrollment, and advocacy initiatives for program participants.
• Maintain relationships with partner families, community partners, schools, and volunteers; may include evening/weekend hours and reliable transportation.
