Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania is seeking a Teen Program Coordinator in Downtown Pittsburgh to plan, coordinate, and deliver teen programming focused on academics, leadership, healthy lifestyles, and career readiness.

You will build relationships with youth, families, schools, and partners, maintain records, support events, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for teens.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, Social Work, Youth Development, Recreation, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate engaging teen programming.
• Support mentoring, workforce development, leadership, and social-emotional learning initiatives.
• Develop activities that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, character development, and career readiness.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with youth and families.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
• Support recruitment, retention, outreach, and community engagement efforts.
• Maintain attendance records, program documentation, and case notes.
• Collect program data and support outcome tracking and reporting.
• Assist with special events, workshops, service projects, and teen activities.
