Job summary

George Washington University in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Student Program Associate to lead the development, launch, and growth of academic pathway programs, strengthening the transition from pre-college through undergraduate education. The role coordinates marketing, operations, faculty engagement, and cross-functional implementation to support enrollment and student success.

You will supervise summer staff, manage housing and program logistics, and collaborate with Enrollment Management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree or higher; degree by start date.
• Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing, program operations, faculty engagement and cross-functional implementation for pathway programs.
• Coordinate summer program staffing, logistics, orientation, and pre-arrival planning for students and staff.
• Serve as primary liaison with GWPD and manage incident reporting; coordinate emergency response and after-hours coverage.
