Job summary

The Salvation Army Ferguson Community Empowerment Center is seeking a full-time PoH/ESS Case Manager to provide intake, assessment, and ESS services to individuals seeking assistance. The role includes managing Pathway of Hope services, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in human services and strong communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations and supervise volunteers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with relevant experience is preferred.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of community resources and nonprofit social services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake, assessment, and ESS assistance to Pathway of Hope clients.
• Conduct pre-screening and goal setting with clients and track progress.
• Coordinate resources, referrals, and emergency assistance as needed.
• Input client data into SIMS and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with pantry operations and volunteer supervision as required.
