Job summary

New Visions for Public Schools seeks a Pathway Gap Resource & Training Manager within the CEPP to lead educator navigational tool development, content curation, and practitioner trainings.

This role acts as a bridge between program expertise and digital product development, collaborating with the technical team to improve open‑access websites for youth-serving professionals and coordinating with partners for systems support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent blending academic and applied experience.
4–6 years in NYC education support, workforce development, or youth-serving nonprofits.
Experience training adult learners or frontline practitioners.
Experience adopting piloting or embedding tech to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and translate practitioner needs into clear tool requirements with project and tech teams.
Lead content curation, quality control, and guidance for use of the resources.
Design and deliver training materials and trainings for practitioners.
Serve as primary contact for practitioner users and manage feedback for content and tool improvements.
Drive communications and engagement to improve adoption and external communications.
