Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Ages 16-24 or an adult with barriers to employment.
  • A strong work ethic and a dependable, positive attitude.

  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to completing the full term of the apprenticeship program.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • A demonstrated interest in one of our target industries (e.g., skilled trades, healthcare, IT, manufacturing).
