Job summary

Kinexus Group in Michigan seeks a Program Manager to lead the Pathway Home 6 reentry program across Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure performance against DOL and WIOA metrics, and safeguard program fidelity.

You will coordinate with jail administrators, employers, and partners to expand services, analyze data, and implement continuous improvements to improve employment outcomes and reduce recidivism for justice-involved individuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, public administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of program management experience in workforce development or reentry services.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between program sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of program activities and staff supervision across counties.
• Ensure fidelity to grant requirements, including performance metrics.
• Coordinate partner access to facilities and service providers.
• Monitor data collection, reporting, and compliance with WIOA indicators.
• Lead program evaluation, process improvements, and staff development.
