Job summary

Kinexus Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Pathway Home 6 reentry program across Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties. The role focuses on delivering job readiness, occupational training, and supportive services for justice-involved individuals, with oversight of staff and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• 3–5 years of program management experience in workforce development or reentry services preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly between program sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre- and post-release services, including job readiness and housing coordination.
• Supervise Program Coordinator and Case Managers across three counties.
• Ensure fidelity to grant requirements and WIOA metrics.
