Responsibilities

• Assist students in identifying career and educational paths related to their pathway or program of study.
• Deliver one-on-one and group advisement to assigned students through degree completion.
• Explain degree requirements, graduation maps, and program policies to students.
• Maintain awareness of pathway-specific programs and transfer options.
• Refer students to co-curricular options and support services as needed.
• Track student engagement and progression to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop graduation maps and improve student outcomes.
• Assist with workshops, classroom presentations, and advising materials.
