Job summary
CellNetix is seeking an Alaska Site Pathology Technician to help manage the laboratory workflow in Palmer, AK. Responsibilities include accessioning specimens, scheduling procedures, and supporting pathologists, with adherence to HIPAA and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications
- Combination of high school graduate and 1+ year of relevant clinical/laboratory experience.
- Bachelor's in medical technology, chemical, physical, or biological science strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accession specimens accurately and timely.
- Assist with patient procedures (frozen sections, FNA, bone marrow biopsies, CT/US).
- Assist with processing cytology specimens.
- Support QA and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reagents and ship specimens/reports between clients and lab.
- Perform daily maintenance and operations tasks.
- Troubleshoot issues between departments and with clients.
- Provide pathologists support (slide distribution, conference prep, lists, triage calls).
- Transport slides and materials between hospital locations and clients.
- Train new staff and conduct competency assessments.
