Qualifications

• Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a busy hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for a variety of patient age groups from neonates to geriatrics.
• Manage a case volume of 45-55 cases per day alongside other pathologists.

• February 24 - Ongoing

• Schedule

• Call Schedule: M-F, 5:00p - 7:30a
• Sat-Sun 24 hour call
• Schedule: M-F, 7:30a-5:00p onsite

• Clinical Details

• Patient Age Group: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Volume per day: 45-55 Cases per day split between 3 pathologists
• Skills required: AP / CP Surgical pathologist, with experience in a busy hospital setting. Case mix will include breast, colon, derm, Gyn, lung, stomach, prostate, thyroid, frozen sections, FNA's, etc.
• Pathologist will have phone call access to sub-specialty pathologists for consultation

• Requirements

• Board Certified Required - AP/CP Board Certified
• Active TX License Required or IMLC
• Minimum experience required: 1-2 years

• Call

• Scheduled + On Call required
• Must be within 30 min of facility for call
