Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or closely related field is required.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration is preferred.
• 5 years of clinical experience with at least two years in supervisory responsibilities is required.
• Certification in MT/MLT or ASCP/AMT/AAB as specified for management of Clinical Laboratory is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental operations of the Laboratory.
• Ensure compliance of point of care testing and affiliated offsite areas.
• Coordinate patient care activities with nursing and other staff to support the facility's mission.

Education
