Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or a closely related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Health Administration is preferred.
• 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental operations of the Laboratory.
• Perform administrative duties including oversight and compliance of point-of-care testing.
• Collaborate with nursing, administrative, medical and other staff to support patient care and quality improvements.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or closely related field

MBA or Health Administration (Preferred)
